Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in buying, selling, and investing in residential and commercial properties.

  • Provide expert market insights, pricing strategies, and negotiation support.

  • Build and maintain a client pipeline through networking, marketing, referrals, and lead-generation systems.

  • Host property showings, open houses, and consultations.

  • Prepare, review, and explain real estate contracts, disclosures, and agreements.

  • Collaborate with industry professionals, including lenders, inspectors, and attorneys, to ensure smooth transactions.

  • Continuously improve skills through KW training programs and coaching opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Active real estate license (or willingness to obtain one).

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and within a team environment.

  • Willingness to learn and leverage KW technology and models.

  • Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
